Ekusileni Hospital is a 200 bedded hospital that is currently serving as a COVID isolation and treatment centre. Currently only a small section of the hospital is functioning as a COVID Red Zone with the rest of the hospital still to be occupied. The hospital has a casualty, OPD area, ICU, and administrative section.
There has been some plans to expand the operations at the hospital and incorporate Maternity and Pediatric departments but this is still work in progress. The implementation of these plans and many other projects has been heavily retarded by limited resources in terms of equipment, human capital, and funds.
Since the hospital is offering COVID 19 services only, no visitors are allowed, therefore there are no visiting hours as of now.

There is no OPD services at Ekusileni at the moment. All patients that are seen and admitted are COVID patients that require monitoring at the institution.
